@Simz_aolly - Thanks , Profit margin should be approx. below 50000. But as soon as you come to know that you are making more than 50k then you should register as pvt. ltd company. There is one more option to register your startup, known as LLP - Limited Liability Partnership. check it out.

Will really help first time entrepreneurs in their course of registration.

**A note of caution : Registering as a partnership firm has its own limitations. The profit margin should not exceed a certain value. If anyone sues u , your personal assets are doomed with the company’s assets! As the chances of that are pretty rare considering that you have done your homework, it is still a feasible option for registering.

What is the profit margin level - approx figures?

If you could explain a bit more on this in your next post it will be great.

Yeah we work from our home-office, No issues,but you should show address proof for Bank! Your Driver's License or Passport will work!
Issues arise if you display Company Name Board in front of your residential property, in that case u need to pay approx 20k for govt. to get a separate electricity meter, other official stuff to considered as a commercial space! unless you aren't displaying any name board! absolutely no problem.

One basic question, I guess you might be working out of home or home-office, i.e. address of company is residential property. Do any issue arises in such case ?
